Dong Quai: is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine, used to treat menstrual problems and PMS. It declines fatigue.
Evening Primrose Oil: Evening Primrose oil (EPO) comes from the seeds of the Evening Primrose plant. Like Chaste Tree, this oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). This herb is an approved PMS treatment in Great Britain. Notice, that it has been used for centuries by American Indians.
Having missed a dose of Soothenol, take it as soon as you remember. If it is about your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule but do not take 2 doses at once unless your doctor told you do so.
Store Soothenol at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C) and keep it away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep Soothenol out of the reach of children and away from pets.
