as written in the prescription, ayurslim has to b taken after meals.. i wonder how ayurslim works to help me lose weight? it reduce the fats in my body or prevent my body from absorbing the fats from my meals? some advise me to take it before meals to control my appetite n my desire to eat.. so, i should take it before or after meals?? pls help.. tq
