Ortho Tri-Cyclen (Ethinyl Estradiol/Norgestimate) represents a combination of oral contraceptives, which contains the progestational compound norgestimate and the estrogenic compound ethinyl estradiol, and is used for pregnancy prevention in women who chose to use contraceptives taken by mouth as a contraceptive method.
