Furosemide

Furosemide is a remedy for fluid retention (edema) for treatment of people with congestive heart failure, liver disease, or a kidney disorder such as nephrotic syndrome. One may also use Furosemide to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

I am a type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure. My doctor has perscribed metformin,Norvasc and Lisinopril
I've been taking for years. I am now retaining water in my legs. He now has prescribed Furosemide. What
should I do about my potaassium?
