What is the best time of the day to take the medication? The instructions say evening or morning. I have just started taking the medication and have taken it in the evening but am suffering from bad insomnia, nausea and slight stomach upset. Should I take it in the morning instead?
You need to consult your doctor (who has prescribed you this medicine). Normally doctor should say which time you should chose to accept this medicine. This may depend on other medicines you take (they might interact).

I stopped taking 20mg of Celexa a few weeks ago and have had a dizzy sensation,.. a lagging feeling when I turn my head. When can I expect this to pass? What other "withdraw" symptoms can I expect and is there something natural I can do to counteract them?
Thanks.
Hello Carrie,
Usually the dose of Celexa is increased and decreased gradually.
As for side effects, medical research have estimated the following (they are possible, but not obligatory happen): dizziness; fatigue; impulsiveness; seizures; shakiness; sleeplessness; sore throat or fever; vision changes; suicidal thoughts or behaviour; worsening of depression.
Contact your doctor if your symptoms will worsen. Good luck and good health to you.
