Plan B (Levonorgestrel) is used to help prevent pregnancy in case of broken condom or failure of other type of contraception. But it is not a regular birth control and can’t interrupt current pregnancy.
I've used it twice. First time without side effects, and second time I've had a menstrual period for two weeks. So, I rate it as 6. It works against pregnancy, but can change menstrual periods.
