These disorders appear because of stress. Try to reduce the level of stress in your life, calm down, and see the improvement.
Sleep Phase Disorder Syndrome
People with the disorder of sleep phase have such problem: they go to sleep earlier than other peple do, and wake up also earlier. Other people with contrary type of the same syndrome go to sleep later at night and wake up later in the morning. In other words, the same 10-hour sleep may last from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for healthy people and from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., or from 2 a.m. to 12 a.m. for people with sleeping Phase Disorder Syndrome. If you are not connected to some events and such rhythm is okay for you, there is no need to break your existing rhythm and treat this. Otherwise, you should ask the doctor. Maybe the combination of sedatives with exercise will help.
Narcolepsy is a serious sleeping disorder that makes life very difficult. It is very easy to define narcolepsy. A person, suffering from this severe sleeping disorder is very sleepy at daytime, sometimes unable to control his or her sleepiness. Other symptoms may include indifference to anything in life and irritability. If you suspect that your neighbor or relative is suffering from this disease, seek emergency care and call his or her doctor as soon as you can, because some of such conditions may be a serious threat for human’s life.
Syndrome of Restless Leg
Restless Leg Syndrome also referred as RLS in medical literature represents the repeatedly unpleasant felling in legs, that don’t let you fall asleep. The legs of such patients also are called battling. The feelings are creepy or crawly sensation. This condition requires muscle relaxants. They can be advised by the doctor or pharmacist.
