Yes, it is one of the possible side effects. There is no threat for health. However, talk to your doctor if this problem persists or becomes bothersome.
Is there a difference in the oval and the round pill? I have been taking a 40mg oval pill. Recently, a new pharmacy gave me a round pill per my 40mg perscription. Please explain?
I was on this medicine after having laser surgery ffor bleeding of the stomach. When my insurance said they would no longer pay for it or my personal physician I was forced to switch. New doctor put me on generic prilosec. This does'nt sound right because I was on over counter prilosec when the bleeding happened. What can you advise me, argue with new doctor or call and try to to get with old doctor that did surgery?
